Rachel Bowe

Rachel Bowe focuses her practice on employment counseling and litigation matters, including wage and hour, enforcement of restrictive covenants and employment agreements, and FMLA and discrimination claims.  Rachel has defended clients against race, age, gender, and disability discrimination and retaliation claims, and she frequently represents clients in business tort disputes.  Rachel also has significant experience in nationwide, complex litigation, including class actions.  Rachel takes a strategic and practical approach to litigation, partnering with her clients and keeping their business objectives at the forefront. She has experience representing clients in both state and federal court jurisdictions across the country.

In addition to her employment law practice, Rachel is strongly committed to serving the legal needs of the economically disadvantaged and advancing diversity initiatives for the legal profession. She is a dedicated volunteer for the King County Housing Clinics, and was also an avid volunteer for the Children’s Law Center of Minnesota and the Volunteer Lawyers Network.
