I am a member of the federal bar for both the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. I have been deemed qualified to handle death penalty appeals and have met the membership requirements of the Washington Appellate Lawyers Association.
