Mr Tesh was my attorney on my case which lasted almost 6 years and was finally settled to the mutual satisfaction of all parties involved. The case was very emotional for me and Mr Tesh was always available, returned calls promptly, and when he said he would get an answer, he did. First and foremost I manage a multi million dollar health club, I know how reviews can simply be splashed upon the Internet and mostly when someone is upset, or simply angry with the outcome of an experience. To state the entire experience I had would take annoying lengths to write and probably not anything valuable to read unless you knew me personally. All you need to do is meet him and his staff. I was in a devastating accident while just within the first trimester of my pregnancy. I spent hours on bed rest fighting pain and fighting to keep my child. With the stress and doctors and insurance I would not have made it without Tim and his office. I dealt with no nonsense I took no calls but concerned calls from Tim, his staff and that's it. I received care as though I was literally a family member. My case took even longer than I would have ever imagined due to many factors but some were my own personal choices to forego certain tests and procedures to keep my child's risks to a minimum. Some of my choices led to a longer time frame however Tim never, not once questioned me. There was never a mention of settling until I was fully improved, well after my Daughter was born.
