Steve is a competent and compassionate attorney. He had never represented someone in a same-sex domestic violence charge and he stepped up to the challenge without hesitation. Steve championed my plight and was successful in winning the case for me where I had been falsely accused of domestic viole...nce. It was a very long process between the State and myself. Steve was able to research and skillfully apply the correct action needed to obtain a victory and clear my name. Additionally, through Steve's good work, the restraining order against me was dismissed and Steve was able to show the court who the real victim was--me. Not only was the order dismissed, but Steve was able to convince the court that I was the wronged party who needed protection. A restraining order was granted on my behalf against my accuser. During the case Steve was able to weed through all the complex documents and other evidence in order to correctly present and win my case. Without his expertise I'm sure it would have been a completely different outcome. He even was able to help me with direction on how to be an effective witness on the stand for my defense. Recently, a friend and I had marijuana possession charge on a camping camping trip.
