Vice President & General Counsel, Medical Center

Rando Wick is a tremendous attorney. He is exceptional in every way. His work in the area of professional liability/medical malpractice defense is beyond compare. I have worked with many attorneys in my career and Rando Wick is among the finest I have had the privilege of working with. His expert...ise with organizational clients as well as individual clients is tremendous. Our physicians and staff admire him and view him as skilled and trustworthy. He is a truly exceptional attorney. I highly recommend him.

Family Physician

I am a family physician who has had to consult with a few attorneys in the past both as client and expert. I had the good fortune to be represented by Mr Wick in my only malpractice experience. While it was certainly one of the most stressful events in my career, I feel that I could not have had bett...er representation than that provided by Mr Wick. His confidence, command of the medical literature, and great sense of humor were all inspiring. He understands not only the science and the law, but also how doctors and patients think. He was fantastic at pursuing all possible leads and did not forget any detail during our many discussions. Overall I feel it was an honor to work with Rando Wick and I recommend him without reservation.

daniel neuzil, m.d.

Rando defended me in a malpractice case almost two years ago. While this was the most painful experience a surgeon could endure, the friendship, knowledge and "in your corner" attitude he brings makes it tolerable. His constant pursuit of medical knowledge to gain every advantange in your defense is ...remarkeable. Without doubt he is the finest person, lawyer, and friend you could find.

Medical Malpractice Risk Manager

Mr. Wick was the best lawyer I had the privilege of working with. I have worked with a number of lawyers in this specialty area. Mr. Wick was the best at keeping me informed, evaluating the cases, meeting deadlines, writing reports, and getting along with our doctors. He is effective in negotiatio...ns and in trial. He is always prepared and had our cases well documented, and the results showed it!

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Rando is a great guy and a very effective advocate. He works hard for his clients but never stops being a gentleman and a true professional. If Rando is opposite me on a case I know that I need to bring my A-game (and even then I'm likely in trouble...)."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
