Pavan Dhillon practices exclusively Canadian immigration law as the Founder and Managing Director of Dhillon Immigration Law PLLC, a Seattle-based boutique law firm. She is admitted to practice law in British Columbia and New York and is a Foreign Law Consultant (Canada) in Washington. For more than 18 years, she has advised multinational employers, high-growth companies, and individuals on work permits, permanent residence, and Canadian citizenship, including citizenship by descent.

Pavan began her career at an immigration boutique in Vancouver, then led the Canadian immigration practice of an international law firm in the United States before founding Dhillon Immigration Law. Raised in a family shaped by immigration to Canada, and an immigrant to the United States herself, she counsels clients with empathy, clarity, and precision.
