Dev Arora

Mr. Arora has been working in the tax & accounting field for over a decade. He has worked with one-person companies to multi-billion dollar companies in various industries. He has been on both sides of the table, working for the government as an auditor and working with taxpayers assisting them during an audit.

Mr. Arora has substantial experience in Sales & Use Tax. He has worked as a field auditor for the State of Washington and performed several audit engagements in New England. He also has experience in all states Sales & Use Tax matters. Further, he has several years of experience in preparing personal tax returns and possesses a deep knowledge of a wide variety of business-related tax issues.

Mr. Arora also has years of experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance issues, specifically involving the planning and scope of the Internal Audit Process pertaining to SOX, J-SOX Act and COSO framework.

Further, Mr. Arora has experience with Immigration laws, including Labor Certifications and Investment visas, such as EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.

Mr. Arora earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth and his Master in Law degree in International Tax from Georgetown Law.
