After my free consultation with Mark Walters, I found it very useful and accurate, because I was able to process my patent with more domination! So glad to have him as a coach.

Our California based company was sued in Washington State for trademark issues. Mark have guided our company to make the right legal choice, explained to us our legal options, and help us effectively negotiated a settlement to the best of our company's interest.
As many knows, legal issues and lawsuit are a lengthy and stressful process. During the whole process, Mark have truly shown us his ability to negotiate, his professional expertise in the matters. His involvement in the case have made us truly feels like we have someone professional on our side that can help us solve problems, and get the job done.
As a conclusion, Mark is very professional, passionate, very hard working professional, and he knows how to handle the legal situation in a way so that you do not have to be the stressful one. I would continue to seek Mark's service in the future if I ever needed any, and would most definitely recommend Mark to anyone with IP, copyright and Trademark needs.

Mark was very prompt to reply to my initial inquiry. He has tremendous experience regarding our situation and was quick to offer advice and go over the next steps so that we knew exactly what might happen in the near future.
Luckily our "situation' did not escalate, perhaps it was due to his well crafted letter, but regardless we would come back to Mark and his firm for any future trade usage infringement work.
