John is a Core Component of Our Business Strategy
John has been an incredible part of our advisory team. He has worked with us on software/technology projects as well as our wireless devices/sensor business.
John provides a surprisingly amount of technical understanding regarding what we are doing which has been a unique experience for us (must be partially from his electrical engineering background). Most lawyers and outside support we have dealt with need a lot of hand holding to understand our products. John asks incredible questions and is a keen listener. He understands how to easily communicate the potential paths and pitfalls of different patent strategies, and has shown his ability to offer alternatives to adjust our products in ways that increase patentability and protectability. It is priceless being able to call him on the phone, give very minimal background information and him being able to conceptualize what sort of technology we are working with.
You can see John's experience working as a patent examiner show up in his work. He has an understanding of the process better than anyone we have ever worked with and that combined with superior legal skills and his technology understanding really may us feel truly lucky to have him as a partner in our business growth.
John is very structured, very knowledgeable, and he knows what we are talking about. He understands both the technical and strategic elements of our business.
Truly the best we have encountered by far and we recommend his services to everyone we can.

John is very polite and knowledgeable about patent law
I had a couple questions about acquiring a patent for an idea I had. After discussing it for a bit he informed me about everything I would need to have in order and the next steps needed to be taken.
