Representing Businesses (Plaintiffs and Defendants) in cases for Patent Infringement, Intellectual Property Theft, Cease & Desist Letters, Trademark Infringement, Copyright Infringement, Trade Secrets, Non-Competition Agreements, Extensive Trial Experience in Federal Courts Across the Country, appeared before the International Trade Commission, and argued appeals before the Federal Circuit, Ninth Circuit, and the US Supreme Court. Mr. Walters was named a Rising Star by Washington Law & Politics Magazine (2004, 2006-2012) and a Super Lawyer (2013-2014).
