Initially represented insurance companies and small companies in various litigation matters. Then exclusively represented the BNRR/BNSF Railway Co. in FELA and other litigation matters. Now represent plaintiffs who primarily are RR employees or passengers in litigation matters. Have tried many cases to verdict in both Federal and State courts, and have done some appeals.

Currently primarily represent railroad employees in FELA and other claims related to their emploment, including ADA, FMLA, WLAD and Title VII claims.

Most cases involved employment situations with violations of various Federal and/or State statutes including ADA, ADEA, WLAD and Tile VII claims.

Have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation involving various personal injuries, some of which resulted in trials to verdicts. Obtained a $3.5 million settlement in December, 2008, for a client injured in a motor vehicle accident.
