My name is Adrian, and I’ve hired miss Liya four years ago to represent me and she has done a wonderful job. At that time, I was desperate and she came to my help. I was in removal proceedings in NWDC in Tacoma, WA. She assisted me and got me out of there, after 57 days of incarceration. I’ve reloc...ated over a dozen times over the last 4 years. Her office has assisted me promptly with that and was only a phone call away for any questions or inquiries. There was only one fee discussed for her services, very up front and I must say that compared to other immigration lawyers, it was very reasonable. We have carried an email correspondence of over 100 emails, and she was always there to positively guide my actions. Currently, due to her perseverance and professionalism, I have been granted withholding of removal and I’m able to stay legally in the US. I cannot thank enough miss Liya and her knowledgeable office staff for the wonderful job that they’ve done! I’ll always recommend her to all my friends and family!

I hired Liya after my previous attorney was in an automobile accident and called to inform me she could no longer represent me. I was panicked because I had less than a month to submit my case or be forced to start over. I had been waiting for over three years with my previous attorney. Liya was exce...llent she communicated well was very straight forward about what I needed and who to contact, Liya also translated free of charge some of the court documents that were in Russian for my fiancé. She said you need a legal professional to do this document. I was approved right away. My fiancé became my wife yesterday. I just wanted to thank Liya so much. We have been waiting so long it feels like a dream to us. Liya even stayed after hours and talked about my case when I got stuck in traffic and arrived at her office as she was locking up. I have nothing but praise and thanks for her.

Someone who dosent stick to her own contracts or policies. Liya asks for us to pay her more because the court kept changing our court date and since it was longer then expected she expected us to pay her over a thosand dollars more. After speaking to her about our contract with her and basicly tellin...g her we dont get payed the way we want to like she supposedly does we wouldn't pay her more. She had such a disgusting money hungry attitude about it. She decided to drop our case 4 months later since the last time we spoke to her. Apparently we disappeared and her office has been trying to contact us. Which is bullshit. This is not a lawyer for low income people or someone who cares to actually help people . The moment we called the office a couple days ago is the moment they decided to close the case sending us paperwork 2 days later. When we called her very very very nice and politely she said , fond someone else to represent you and hung up. So if your looking for someone to be on yourside dont waste your time with someone who just wants you for your money. She is not one of the top 10 lawyers in seattle nor award winning lawyer so look else where for someone whos simply not in it for the money. Cant even call without knowing shell hang up in our face again.

My son and I needed to travel to Seattle to deal with a dual citizenship issue regarding my son. We had an appt at the Russian Consulate and there would have been absolutely NO way we would have been able to have the meeting with her. She immediately took charge and spoke with the representative an...d got through some hurdles that most likely would not have been cleared without her help. It was crucial that we were able to take care of this issue on this trip as we traveled from Minnesota and did not want to extend our trip further. She is still helping us with some follow up issues and is prompt with getting back to us and explains everything to us in a way that we can easily understand. She was great!

I highly recommend this law office for your immigration needs. I was treated very well, and received very good a fast communication with any questions I needed answered. Everybody in this office was pleasant and helpful, and I was treated with great respect. I received all of the help I needed with m...y request for a change in visa status for my alien spouse. All at a very fair cost. Would use again if needed.
