About Larry
Biography
I was born and raised in New York City. As the son of two immigrant parents I witnessed first-hand the struggles of acculturation and limited economic opportunities. Upon graduating law school, I returned to New York and worked for a small boutique firm that specialized in employment based visas. Later, I represented many Chinese asylum seekers before the Immigration Court in New York, not more than five blocks from where I was raised. Talk about full-circle.
My wife and I returned to the Pacific Northwest in 2001. Julian & Chin, LLP was started in February 2002. It has been my privilege to be able to practice in this beautiful part of the world. Our cases are primarily with CIS, the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals and U.S. Consulates and Embassies.
