Amazing service

Kirsten helped me with my green card application. We are connected through my employer's legal services. The whole process took about two years. She was consistently informative, resourceful and responsive along the way. Highly recommend to others.

Incredible service

Kirsten went above and beyond to prepare us for the interview and covered every angle before hand to make sure that not only we felt comfortable but that we also had everything that might be needed before hand. That on top of her personality, patience, and knowledge for the process made the interview... another short and painless stop of our immigration journey. Thanks Kirsten!

Fabulous.

Kirsten was everything we could have hoped for from a lawyer: effective, efficient, and kind. Her combination of warmth and professionalism eliminated virtually all stress from my green card application. We arrived with a lot of questions and worries about the particulars of our case, and Kirsten was... able to clear them up on our first meeting. She made the process transparent and allowed us to accurately predict every element of it (document gathering; form filling; wait times for advance parole; interview; and green card delivery ), which meant we could move ahead with our lives in the meantime. We feel we got tremendous value from hiring Kirsten. Even the immigration officer who conducted our interview noted that our application and supporting documents were exceptionally thorough and persuasive. We're so grateful we had Kirsten to guide us through the process.

Immigration lawyer

I started working with lawyer Kirsten Eklund on my application for permanent residency through a very difficult category (exceptional ability) in humanities; a case which initially seemed almost impossible. But through her accurate knowledge and proper conduct (sometimes, rather too picky and pessi...mist) we could win this very demanding case. Her professional expertise and ethics along with strong commitment to the undertaking brought about a very smooth and effective collaboration between us. I could see that she really CARES as much about my case as about ethical principles of her profession. This was evident from her quick reference to details about my case even after a significant period of time, or her quick replies to my questions via email and phone, and from communicating correct and up-to-date information. Moreover, Ms. Kirsten Eklund's warm personality makes you trust her right from the first meeting! I had an excellent experience with this lawyer and strongly recommend her to anyone who seeks a reliable lawyer in matters of immigration to the US.
