excellent service

Kelley helped my husband I with our estate planning. She was thorough and professional -- but also personable and made the process less intimidating. Kelley helped my husband and I with our estate planning and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Kelley is so patient and kind, as I had many questions along the way she was sure to guide me through. Estate planning can be very difficult, however Kelley made it seamless, fast and as uncomplica...ted as possible. I would highly recommend Kelley to anyone! Our experience was nothing short of A+! excellent service

My husband and I hired Ms. Orr to help us deal with a denied insurance claim. We had purchased a warranty on a leather sectional and after about a year, the stitching started to unravel. We filed a claim with the warranty company but our claim was denied because, apparently, this type of stitching wa...s not covered under the warranty. After consulting with Ms. Orr she completely took over, contacted the warranty company, and was able to get us a replacement couch valued at $5,000.00! Ms. Orr was extremely professional, efficient, and kept us informed on the status of our claim every step of the way.

Goes above and beyond

I wrote to Avvo about a somewhat complicated Probate question and Kelley responded within 3 hours. Not only did she give me a good overview on what I need to do she went out of her way to check out of state records for me. I would not hesitate to use her and will highly recommend her to my friends an...d acquaintances if they ever need legal service
