Biography
Keith Petrak has practiced law in Seattle since 1989 in both state and federal court. An experienced commercial litigator, he is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and has counseled international, national and regional clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of business and tort litigations. Keith’s practice has involved a wide range of subjects including, among others, professional liability, noncompetition and trade secret disputes, securities fraud, intellectual property, products liability, antitrust and consumer protection, employment discrimination, and civil rights. Keith has also served as an investigator at a public university, conducting inquiries into complaints of employment discrimination, sexual harassment and violations of institutional policies and procedures.
