Excellent Representation in Non-Compete Litigation

Jesse was fabulous and I recommend him highly. He was sensitive to my legal situation, he was very knowledgeable about the law, he was challenged with a non-compete agreement but was not afraid to take on attorneys from a large corporation. He successfully litigated my situation and today I am work...ing in my field with a great Seattle based company. I highly recommend Jesse. Thank you Jesse!! **David**

True To His Reputation, Jesse is the Best Employment Lawyer in Washington State

I am a lawyer who needed representation in my own employment case. After conducting research on who was considered the best employment lawyer in Washington State, Jesse Wing ended up being my choice. I can now in hindsight say that I made the right selection. Jesse is a brilliant no legal theory l...eft unturned lawyer who simply appears to work harder and is smarter than his opponent. After being represented by him I can now endorse his official recognition as Superlawyer which he has earned for many years in a row. Anyone in need of an employment lawyer will be lucky to be represented by Jesse.

Excellent representation

I strongly recommend Jesse Wing for hire. Jesse represented me in a “failure to accommodate” case. During that time I was in a lot of pain and struggling to deal with the emotional impact of both my pain and the effect it was having on my career. At times I was difficult to work with because I was ...on a lot of medications and very angry at my situation. He was patient, compassionate and also willing to steer me back on course to make sure that my emotions did not take us from our goal: to obtain legal justice. I trust him fully and know that he was worth every penny I paid. I don’t think I would have received the same outcome had I gone with a less experienced attorney.

Former client

Jesse Wing is simply the best at what he does. Jesse represented me in a discrimination case and he was professional, caring, very knowledgeable and always prepared. I would highly recommend Jesse to anyone who needs an attorney for a discrimination or employment issue. As an added bonus, Jesse wo...rks with a hardworking, personable and thorough paralegal, Carrie Wilkinson, who is always available to assist you.

excellent representation for employment and accommodations cases.

He represented me in a "failure to accommodate" case. Ultimately, we were involved in a two week jury trial in Pierce County Superior Court. We won a unanimous, large monitary award. Not only did he stay current on legal decisions which impacted my case, but he was flexible enough to change the wa...y my case was presented to the jury when I was unable to put forward the information we needed to present to the jury as her had originally planned. I was extremely pleased by his ethics, his trustworthyness and his abiulity to respond to me particular strengths and weaknesses.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
