We had a complicated CPS matter with a 22 year old malicious, inexperienced, low level and uneducated CPS worker and a police woman who lied and a two year battle that started with a literal SWAT raid on did not get better from there. We did not believe that what we experienced could occur in the US ...and were in shock what a kangaroo court CPS is and how paranoid and unfair the CPS system is and how completely rigged against families. Our foster son was a high school Junior attending a community college in the running start program when he was kicked off the college campus without warning for an alleged conduct violation. This was scary for our son and our family, given the imminent risk/threat to his ability to get accepted into ...a University and have a successful future.
