High recommend

I have trusted Amy to handle my child custody situation since 2008. She is always available to answer any questions I have and gives great unbiased advice. She got me through a very stressful time in my life. She is a great family law attorney!

Excellent Divorce Lawyer

Ms Franklin Bihary handled my divorce proceedings in 2015, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She was always professional and very responsive to my emails and phone calls. She always kept me in touch with progress and developments. It is totally due to Ms Franklin Bihary that I was awarded a ge...nerous financial settlement, a workable parenting plan, and a favorable asset allocation. I was particularly impressed that she dealt with some contentious issues with patience and firmness, and was a strong negotiator. I am very much indebted to her, for making a stressful process as painless as possible. I highly recommend her as a divorce lawyer.

Superb, personalized service

I filed for divorce about 8 months ago. While my case has not closed yet, I am very confident in recommending Amy. I have a very complex case involving a small child, and Amy has handled my case superbly. Emails and calls have always been returned within a few hours. I have always known what dire...ction our case had been heading in. There have never been any surprises. Amy is very fair and ethical, but can be aggressive when the need arises. Additionally, Amy collaborates with Michael Louden on complex issues. Along this journey, I have felt like I am the firm's number one priority. I recommend Amy Franklin-Bihary without any reservations.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Amy and I were opposing counsel in a difficult case with sensitive issues. We stayed focused on the important issues -- the well-being of a young child -- and were able to manuever what could have been a litigious and expensive road efficiently and well. I very much appreciated the way in which she balanced advocacy for her client and sensitivity toward all of the difficult emotional issues that were involved."
