"Thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable"
Listening is such an undersung skill in the legal profession. Ditto helping the client not feel like an idiot. Amy has both skills in spades. They're a nice complement to her legal acumen. When I work with Amy, she patiently walks me through my options in language I understand. And I alwa...

Greatly Disappointed
My experience with Amy Franklin-Bihary was less than disappointing. The case of my divorce was complicated and unfortunately it thoroughly confused her. While I could blame some of the results on the complexity of the case, I cannot help to feel that more vigorous approach, especially for trial prepa...
I do not agree with this client’s assessment. This case involved complicated questions of law, and had a difficult factual history. The client employed me for over two years without complaint, through trial. The result at trial was admittedly adverse. Ultimately, the Court of Appeals reversed the trial court’s decision, finding that the position that I had advocated for at trial was legally correct. The Court of Appeals remanded the matter back to the Superior Court. Many statements in this review are simply inaccurate.

I have trusted Amy to handle my child custody situation since 2008. She is always available to answer any questions I have and gives great unbiased advice. She got me through a very stressful time in my life. She is a great family law attorney!

Empathetic and Knowledgeable Divorce Attorney
Going into my divorce, I was worried that the process would be stressful and confusing. Hiring Amy as my divorce attorney turned out to be the best choice that I could've made during the entire process. Amy was knowledgeable, efficient in her communications, and most importantly, empathetic towards m...

I had been working on my own without an attorney when I found out my ex had gotten an attorney without telling me as a way to get the upper hand. Upon engaging Amy, she quickly assessed my situation and immediately knew where risk was. She was thorough and pragmatic and always working toward a long...
"I endorse this lawyer. Amy is a knowledgeable, tenacious, and skilled advocate. I have referred personal friends to her. She has a thorough understanding of the statues and has worked with lawmakers in Olympia for years to improve the laws affecting children and families. Her work ethic and compassion make her an excellent attorney for her clients."
"Amy and I were opposing counsel in a difficult case with sensitive issues. We stayed focused on the important issues -- the well-being of a young child -- and were able to manuever what could have been a litigious and expensive road efficiently and well. I very much appreciated the way in which she balanced advocacy for her client and sensitivity toward all of the difficult emotional issues that were involved."
