Nicole Elizabeth Rudnicki

Nicole Rudnicki has been an attorney with Brothers Henderson Durkin P.S. since 2024. She received her undergraduate degree from Mercyhurst University and graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2023. Her practice focuses on education law, disability rights and advocacy, guardianships/conservatorships, estate and trust planning, benefits advocacy, and elder law. She enjoys all aspects of her practice but is especially excited to ensure equal access to education and foster inclusive environments for individuals with disabilities.

During her undergraduate studies, Nicole gained diverse experience by working and volunteering across multiple schools, educational institutions, childcare centers, and other organizations dedicated to serving youth. and individuals with disabilities within her community. Before her tenure at Brothers Henderson Durkin, P.S., Nicole completed an externship at the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), collaborated with law professors at Seattle University on civil rights research, and contributed to a law firm specializing in education law, discrimination and civil rights issues, protection orders, and employment law.

Nicole is a member of the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA), King County Bar Association (KCBA), and Tacoma-Pierce Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Attorneys for Education Rights and Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates, Inc.

While not at work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, painting, rock climbing, ice skating, and volunteering with local animal shelters.
