So thankful!

I met Erin the first time I started my son's and my immigration process as resident in the USA with the support of my employer, she then moved to work on her own and we followed her as we were extremely confident in Erin's knowledge but more than that we were confident in her support to make our case... a success. After almost 8 years of different stages of our immigration process my son is finally a US citizen and I was very happy and proud when the officer that approved my son's citizenship emphasized the GREAT work done by Erin. We live in TEXAS while she is based in SEATTLE and no matter what we will keep working with her. GREAT attorney and human being. THANKS ERIN! God bless.

Wonderful Lawyer!

Erin was extremely helpful with our case. She didn't miss out on any minor details, she made sure she clearly understood everything. She clearly understood our problem and was able to represent our case in the best possible way (in which we ended up winning!). She is extremely professional and confid...ent in her work, Erin also made sure that we understood everything throughout our time with her, she never failed to mention anything important. She was patient and took care of us well. If I had any future problems, I will hire her again. It was a pleasure working with her! She definitely knows what she's doing! Thank you Erin!

Superb lawyer, and an even better person!

I was in REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS - the worst situation thinkable! My previous lawyer could do nothing more for me. After some extensive research, I was lucky enough to find Erin; and all thanks to Erin and her team, I was able to get my green card. The fact that Erin and her team was able to accomplish t...his seemingly impossible task, speaks volumes of her incredibly vast legal competence. She is a true professional, with a heart of gold. She laid out each step of the case and what needed to be done very clearly, and she made the whole intricate process seem doable. She was always available to take my calls and respond to emails. She was 100% on my side and made me feel at ease despite my tragic situation - she gave me hope, and she delivered. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs legal help. I truly don't know what I would have done without her!

Excellent Service

Erin and GHP provided us with exceptional service and expertise when my husband had been wrongly denied entrance to the U.S. Their work on his case resulted in resolving the issues and we are very grateful for their professional services and we would definitely use them again if needed.

Exemplary, Professional, and Courteous.

My family and I came across Gibbs Houston Pauw in 2011 when we were in dire need of a lawyer. We first attempted outreaching a local law firm, but they then referred us to this firm. At first we were hesitant because of the distance, but even though the firm was in Seattle we soon came to realize the... trip up was well worth it. The team provided a welcoming atmosphere that allowed us to be fully comfortable when addressing our situation. When it comes to our case, Erin was the lawyer assigned to us and she was very courteous and kind- very patient to say the least and the fact that she was bi-lingual helped my family with figuring out what we needed to do. There was constant communication between my family and our lawyers. Going on to a little about our case, my mother and I were tangled up with immigration. Well, it started off with my mother, she and I were undocumented. At the time she was working using a false social security number and that is when immigration came into play. She was arrested and in the hands of I.C.E,- safe to say, we needed a lawyer. Immediately we were referred to G.H.P since the situation my family was going through now required a firm that specialized in cases of all sorts. (severely serious and moderate) I come into this mix because my family was advised that once my mom started this process, I should too so that everything wouldn't be so complicated in the future. There was a payment plan set up and everything remained professional while holding a humble, understanding aspect to this all. We started our case off with them and we plan to finish it with them. We began undocumented, afraid and lost, but with their help we are now in the process of obtaining our permanent residency. All cases that require lawyers won't come cheap, but finding a firm that has upholds this quality is hard to find. A great bang for your buck- that's for sure. I highly recommend this firm and Erin when selecting an immigration attorney,

"When I was a second year law student, Erin supervised my case with the student-led pro bono project, Immigrant Families Advocacy Project (IFAP). She was a fantastic supervisor and mentor, and I learned a lot from her. Erin is an attorney with incredible attention to detail. Her expertise in Immigration Law helped us navigate our client's complex narrative. Erin also offered helpful advice, training us to focus on critical details of events and to use precise language. I learned a lot from Erin what it means to be a compassionate and effective immigration attorney. Thanks to Erin's guidance and support, our client was granted her U-Visa petition. Anyone who has the privilege of working with Erin is lucky to have a strong advocate who not only understands your story but also understands what it takes to succeed in Immigration Law. It is with great pleasure that I endorse this lawyer."
