Amazing Attorney

My wife and I used Hank Finesilver for the adoption of my our, Mitch. My late wife passed away and my new wife of 4 years wanted to adopt Mitch to make him officially her son. Mr. Finesilver handled everything with expertise. He was completely prepared and everything went flawless in a relatively ...short amount of time. He made what we thought would be a stressful process go very smoothly. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a family law/divorce attorney.

You may have found the best lawyer who is your freind as well

Going thru divorce is a most difficult time. It was for me. Having an experienced lawyer is very critical. Hank was my lawyer and I could not be more fortunate to have him. My trial judge was about to retire. My case was his last case. He had all the experience one could imagine. Yet, Hank cited a c...ase and a ruling regarding division of pension that the Judge had not heard. He was very impressed with Hank and realized that Hank was a solid experienced and knowledgeable lawyer. Hank gained the trust and respect of the judge. Hanks proposal for division of properties was accepted without any modification. My former spouse was penalized for false accusation. Because of the trust, the judge asked Hank to write the final ruling and was accepted without any major modification. The expert witnesses called by my former spouse turned to testify in favor of the points Hank was making. Hank is quick thinker as any trial lawyer needs to be in a trial. In my view, there is no win or lose in a divorce. However, one needs to ensure that his/her rights are protected and mine was. I recommend Hank without any reservation. Above all, Hank has a most pleasant personality. I enjoy his friendship.

Divorce is illogical, but Hank will help you make some sense of it.

Hank is half of a pair of very fine family law attorneys that came highly recommended and, as it turns out, deservedly, Divorce is an extremely emotional evil and a good attorney is necessary to keep you thinking clearly...I feel like Hank did that very well, even when I did not like it. I really h...ope I never need one again; but, if I do, it will be him.

Exceptional Divorce Attorney

Hank Fields is an exceptional divorce lawyer, one I feel lucky to have met -- and wish I had MUCH early as it would have saved me a fortune in heartache and financial costs. Hank is a serious, seasoned, effective, no-nonsense attorney with an electric mind and capacity to not only handle your cas...e with total confidence, he also educates you about the often vexing process along the way. His style, case law knowledge as well as his 30 year legal experience in Washington sets you at ease immediately, as does his utter thoroughness. For example, while phone calls with other lawyers can drift on and on, Hank often sends you a letter or concise brief before a call keeping you on message, saving you money and he doesn't waste time. What he reads he absorbs, he is like a sponge. He doesn't forget important the facts of your case as well remembers critical features and arguments which is very IMPORTANT. Hank is a very fair attorney that can save a lot of heartache when needed by carefully listening to both sides, looking at the data, comparing it to the law, and knowing what it all means. Still, you always feel Hank is 150% on your side, you never get the weird run round, or soft sketchy excuses or last minute delays. He does what he says he is going to do. He never minces words, and is a natural at zeroing in on others bullshit and will not hesitate to go for the jugular without compunction, and with great skill. Add to it, Hank's excellent assistant Les Feistel keeps things moving forward, on time and with expert client communication. The staff at AFMP are equally wonderful too. If you are hesitating or stressing about your divorce because you don't know how to find a trustworthy attorney, and you hate the escalating acrimony, legal manuvering, want to save yourself untold stress, headache, and money -- call Hank first.

One of the best divorce lawyers in town

The first time I got a divorce almost 30 years ago I asked around and everyone said Hank is one to go to. So I did and he did a great job for me. Then I got another divorce about two years ago and went back to him because I knew he was a great divorce attorney. It's not a glitzy law firm that just... needs to cover their high rent. It's all about the business of getting the job done right and you couldn't ask for a more conscientious, hard-working lawyer than Hank Finesilver.
