Hank had my best interest at heart - both financially and personally. Concurrent with my divorce I had two other significant family issues to deal with (a death in the family and a teenage son with drug and alcohol problems). He made sure that I had the time to properly deal with my sons issues as ...a priority to the divorce. Thankfully, the time and decisions I made during that time has served my son well. After the death of a close relataive he made sure I had the time I needed to recover prior to the deposition. Hank kept me on my toes because he thinks outside the box, throwing out ideas and solutions that are creative, he challenges and second guesses to make sure all bases are covered. At mediation he questioned what I thought I wanted to help me to see that a different settlement than what I thought I wanted was in my best interest. He was right. At the end of mediation the mediator said that I did well. I figure he knows.
