Carol L Hepburn

Carol has worked hard and long for our family. She has gone above and beyond to support our needs, especially with our daughter. She has arranged for all contingencies and provided us with convenient work arounds and work-throughs for each step in the process. Carol has treated us with respect and... care throughout the process, and has been a sweet friend to my wife and I. From the standpoint of her skills, Carol has pushed the system to break new ground and instructed the courts to improve their lack of understanding and to set precedence with cases like ours. Carol is improving the understanding of Judges, lawyers and the general public with cases like our throughout the country and in military courts martials.
