Unbelievably rude and unhelpful

I wish I'd read the other review on here because my experience was about the same. I was referred by the bar association for an ADA issue with my current employer that I want to be proactive about. Thomas kept asking the same questions, not listening Orr comprehending what I was telling him, making a...ssumptions about my situation, and completely belittling me and my circumstances. I don't think he's well versed in state or federal disability law at all and wasn't willing to admit it. When I told him that it sounded like he was not going to be helpful for me and that I wanted to end the conversation to save both of us time and trouble, he became irate with me and incredibly rude. Instead of just accepting that I don't want to work with him, he yelled over me and I eventually had to just hang up. I cannot fathom treating a potential client that way, even if he doesn't think I have or will ever have a case for him. The behavior was unacceptable. I don't know where he found that audacity, but he has way too much of it and he has no business working with other human beings, especially those who are in a difficult spot, already work out and spread thin, and are looking for someone professional to help them navigate a nuanced situation. He is not someone I'd trust to have in my corner in the slightest. I know it's hard to find firms with availability, but there's definitely a reason this monster has availability.

Bad Faith, Abuse Enabler

Thomas M Brennan is a terrible listener, and horrific advocate for his client. I was referred to him by the Snohomish County bar Association, and his action on my case undermined my ability to get any accountability. He directed me to not fill out a complaint with labor and industries, because it wou...ld “undermine his negotiation strategy”. I was terminated wrongfully after whistleblowing safety concerns during a Covid breakout and I developed long-term symptoms. He said that my employer could do whatever they wanted since I was an “At Will” employee when I had shared documentation with him that I was not. All he wanted to do was cash a paycheck for me giving up my rights. I do not recommend him as an attorney, steer clear of this greedy lawyer.
