Highly Recommend
Sims Weymuller worked hard to win the Malpractice suit that caused me to be paralized for life. Sims made sure I received enough money to live on the rest of my life. His concern for my wellbeing from the first meeting and continuing restored my faith in humanity and in attorneys.

Attorney client
We hired Sims to provide advice about whether to bring a legal malpractice case involving unique facts. He talked through the case with me, offered his breadth of experience in the area, and ultimately suggested carefully-worded allegations that helped to resolve the dispute. Sims is not just bright...
"Sims is among the most high-character individuals that I have ever been acquainted with. I associated Sims on a personal injury matter that had some very serious liability challenges. Sims worked tirelessly to develop the case with me in an extremely compressed time period and brought his years of experience to bear on the case, securing a verdict for our client that would have been impossible without his skill and natural rhetorical ability. Most of all, his understated confidence carried our client through an extremely stressful two week jury trial during which many clients would have lost faith. Associating Sims was a turning point in the case and also resulted in one of the most enjoyable experiences that I have had, personally, trying a case with co-counsel. I strongly recommend Sims and will continue to refer case to him with confidence."
"I have worked with Sims on several birth injury matters. I am always happy to recommend him to families seeking counsel in medical malpractice cases. In addition to his experience and thorough knowledge of the law and medicine, he truly cares about his clients. He is a zealous advocate, and is dedicated to achieving the best possible results for injured children and their families."
"Sims does an exceptional job at sorting through the most important issues in a case and keeps a level head throughout litigation, in the long run, greatly assisting his clients in obtaining favorable results."
"Sims brings a deep sense of professionalism and compassion to his practice, along with an immediate likeability. Add all that to his trial experience and you have an outstanding advocate who serves his clients well. I endorse Sims enthusiastically."

Thanks, Sims!"
