Non-Charismatic

Kasey does not exhibit the consultation skills that other lawers have. Other lawyers I talked with after Kasey suddenly dropped my case, without a referal, were much better communicators. Kasey was never even willing to meet me in person. She said it didn't matter. It did. This is clear in retrospect.... In retrospect it is apparent that she did not believe in my disability or it's cause. It was like she represented me but thought that I was fraudulent. She should have referred me to a different lawyer because of this, but didn't. She sounds lacking in real world, out of the office or courtroom, experience. This translates to legal services that could be better. I lost my job and my home.

When our law firm needed representation, we hired Kasey

Kasey has been a friend and colleague of mine since we were both in law school. When our firm needed outside representation, we turned to Kasey and she was terrific. Having watched her thrive in law school years ago I had high expectations, but was nevertheless thoroughly impressed by her preparati...on, legal acumen, and hard work. Kasey was a top notch advocate and did a superb job for us. I can say first hand you will not find a brighter, harder working litigator than Kasey Huebner.

Excellent service from Kasey Huebner

Ms. Hueber recently represented us and our experience was very positive. She was extremely knowledgeable, and highly responsive. She carefully guided us through the process and kept us fully-informed. She provided us with well-researched opinions and clearly communicated all of our legal options. ... I would definitely engage her again and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
