Recent Civil/Criminal Case

Mick was hired to represent a close relative in a civil harassment case. Being a practicing civil litigator for Over three decades, I wanted to make sure that we had the right lawyer, and after a short time, I realized we did. Mick had a thorough grasp of the facts and the applicable law, and he show...ed excellent common sense in relaying what was important, not just what was salient. I especially appreciated Mick’s criminal background, for two reasons: He had his eyes on a 360-degree view of the case, including any (unlikely, but possible) criminal implications; and he showed an ease with the proceedings born of many days actually in courtrooms. Mick was diligent, recognizing that some work has to be done in off-hours. His calm, analytical demeanor reassured everyone involved, and kept us grounded. He consulted at every step with his client, showing that he knew it was important that the client’s opinion’s be heard and understood. The hearing itself was anticlimactic, but Mick was prepared for any outcome, from non-event to all-out war. He also had his eye on the lasting outcome, making sure that the record contained strong evidence on our side of the case. I give my strongest recommendation to Mick and his team.

Excellent service and communication

My teenage son got himself in a bit of a pickle that had the potential for some serious time. Mick was very thorough, communicated regularly with us and was able to get this kids problems to be lowered to a much lower offense. While I hope that I won't need Mick's services again, all I can say tha...t if I find myself needing this type of counsel, I would not hesitate to call him. Very professional, and highly recommend his ability to litigate.
