Biography
Matt represents the interests of businesses, their principals, and stakeholders in varied and complex litigation. In substance, Matt has experience with corporate governance, contract, securities and business tort disputes, including the insurance coverage, dispute resolution, and bankruptcy-related issues that often arise when resolving them. In practice, Matt’s experience spans all stages of litigation, from initial evaluation and strategy to trial and appeal.
Matt is a graduate of Stanford Law School and the University of Michigan. Before joining the firm, Matt practiced in both the public and private sectors, including with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and private firms in Chicago and San Francisco.
Matt and his wife have passion for live music and the majestic beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
