Chief Executive Officer

I began working with Jim in 2003 when my firm was sued by 3 former executives for wrongfull discharge. Jim is a great negotiator and we settled all claims within a few months. Since that time, he has assisted my firm for general business purposes and the occasional litigation defense. Another case in...volved an individual and his business insisting on a multi-million dollar payout from my company based on his non-compete. Jim won that claim in court and we were awared a $600,000+ judgement. Mr. Shore keeps me very much informed on any situation he (or his firm) is working on for me. He has my highest recommendtion.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
