Ms. Jaffe was formerly Acting District Counsel of The Internal Revenue Service for the State of Louisiana, having spent twelve years with the Internal Revenue Service District Counsel in New Orleans, including five years as Assistant District Counsel, during which she handled a wide variety of tax issues, and tried numerous cases before the U.S. Tax Court.
Ms. Jaffe has also handles Washington State taxation matters including audits and appeals.
