Deborah Kay Flynn

Deborah K. Flynn is the Founder and President of FLYNN LAW GROUP, LLC.  For her entire 23-year career, she has represented Washington Self-Insured Employers in workers' compensation matters.  She is a litigation specialist, successfully serving a diverse client base representative of employers from industries including aerospace, airlines, retail, grocery, hospitals, school districts, cities, food production, manufacturing, shipping, and logging/forest products manufacturing, to name a few. She helps clients to assess and reduce case exposures and achieve cost effective resolutions where possible. In litigation, she is an aggressive advocate for her clients.  

Prior to founding FLYNN LAW GROUP, LLC, Ms. Flynn was a founding partner in another law firm engaged in the same practice for 18-years.  She received her JD degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN and her BA degree from the University of Montana in Missoula. Go Griz!
