I hired Dave to represent my wife and I during a single-family home remodel that had gone off the rails. Initially, we were seeking expert counsel to help us navigate terminating our contract with a delinquent contractor. With Dave's help, we successfully ended this contract, developed a case again...st the contractor, filed suit and settled out of court. Dave and his team listened to our concerns and gathered meticulous details. He was readily available via phone and email throughout the duration of our representation. Although his fees are higher than some of the other Lawyers I initially sought out, his counsel was worth every penny. Dave was fair, transparent and detailed in his billing. His website uses good software, allowing us to upload documents and photos, saving us time and money. We were able to provide all relevant information, securely over the internet and only met with Dave on our site, never in his office, although the option was available to us had we wanted that. Dave helped us get our project back on track. After a year of stressing out over the delinquent contractor, we began to sleep easier, knowing Dave and his team were fighting for us. We are now back in our house and moving on with our lives. I honestly don't think we'd be where we are now (physically, financially, emotionally) without Dave and his team.
