Biography
David Peck is currently Assistant General Counsel for Naval Facilities Engineering Command Northwest. David retired from the Navy after serving 20 years as a Navy Judge Advocate. During his military career David specialized in Military Justice litigation. He was designated a Military Justice Litigation Specialist in 2007 and has served as both Regional Senior Defense Counsel and Regional Senior Prosecutor. David also served as an instructor for three years at the Naval Justice School in Newport, Rhode Island, where he instructed other Judge Advocates in Military Criminal Procedure and Trial Advocacy.
