Daniel Stephen Houser

Our condo association hired Daniel to guide us through the legalities of repairs needed to our building. He helped us get insurance claims settled so that we had reserve funds to help pay for the repairs. He was always accessible and gave good legal advice that was easy to understand. When problem...s arose, he was always able to help give advice and alternatives if needed. I highly recommend him.

As a condominium homeowners board, we had never been through a legal proceeding of this scale/scope (insurance claim). Dan and his firm were instrumental in getting me, the home buyer/consumer some recourse in a really complex case involving builders and their practices. After feeling pretty abandoned by the builder and low in hopes of having recourse, I contacted his firm. Dan took on a fairly challenging role as ...our leader and in the end, our winning hand. We were kept in the loop the entire time our lawsuit was pending. He gave us choices and offered guidance that served us well in the end. I can not thank Dan and his firm enough for allowing me to be where I am today.
