Thank you so much

I know Eric handles a lot of “big” cases. He represented me in boating DUI, which was a “big” case to me. I had refused the breath test – which is a $2,000,00 fine. He beat that. The DUI charge itself he was able to get reduced to a non-criminal traffic ticket. He is a competitive person and gave my ...case the same attention as he does the higher profile cases.

Relationship: Friend

"I endorse Eric Lindell for criminal defense and personal injury cases, and any legal matter in which someone's rights have been violated by another person, a business, a corporation, or the government. Eric is a superb trial and appellate lawyer. He is a passionate advocate for his clients. He is also incredibly smart -- book smart and street smart. He can analyze the legal and human aspects of a case as well as any lawyer I have ever met. I hope he serves as a Washington Supreme Court Justice before he wraps up his legal career -- he would be one of the best our State has ever had."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
