Timera Drake, the Principal Attoney at Drake Law Offices, PLLC, can defend you in court if you have been charged with a misdemeanor crime or low-level felony (C-Level). I offer a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your case.
As a former public defender, I have worked in several courts in both King County and Snohomish County. I have extensive experience defending all misdemeanor crimes, including DUI and Physical Control, Assault, domestic violence charges, Driving While License Suspended 1, and theft. I can represent you at DOL licensing hearings, and assist you in reinstating your license. I have positive, trusted relationships with judges and prosecutors in Marysville, Arlington, Tukwila, Burien, SeaTac, Renton, and Auburn, to name a few. That means I can negotiate a better outcome in your case than you might get with a public defense attorney. I look forward to talking with you about your case, and if you become a client, she will work hard to get you the best resolution possible in your case.
I am an experienced negotiator and can assist you in your unemployment claim. I can file appeals when your claim is denied, and I can represent you at administrative appeals hearings and at the higher level of appeals at the Commissioner's level. I can work with you to minimize overpayment claims by the ESD, with the goal of eliminating any demands for repayment.
I offer unbundled family law services so that people on limited budgets can access quality legal services in their family law matters. If you have an uncontested divorce, parenting plan, support plan, division or property, or other issue you need assistance with, I can help you draft that form and file it for you with the court and the proper parties. I can represent you at a single court hearing, but I do not offer full representation in family law matters, nor do I engage in any family law litigation.
