A great help for small business owners!

I utilized Robert for helping me with getting out of an unfavorable tech contract as well as help me review a lease agreement contract. He was to the point, helpful, and very much an advocate for me as a small business in dealing with much larger businesses than myself. I was able to successfull...y get out of the tech contract and alter the lease agreement successfully.

Went above and beyond expectations

Robert took time to really help me think through my options in planning my mother's retirement and eventual long-term care needs. His advice was spot-on and came from the heart as well as his depth of legal knowledge on the topic. I would definitely recommend.

Provisions for no living descendants in Last Will

This was a consultation on how to amend my will created on a commercial legal package to add instructions for distribution of assets with no survivors. Robert quickly understood what I wanted to do and provided several options including how to set up the addendum and phrasing for the instructions. I ...was very happy with his review of the situation.
