As a first-time entrepreneur and business owner, I wasn't sure how to set my business up correctly from a legal standpoint. Robert was very helpful in our legal consultation, explaining the differences between EINs, UBIs, LLCs, C-corps, S-corps, etc. I was also unaware how important an Operating Agre...ement is. Thanks to Robert's guidance, I have acquired my EIN through the IRS, applied for my Business License with the Department of Revenue, and am preparing a variety of other next steps. Helpful, knowledgeable, easy to communicate.

Attorney helped me understand the basic overview of creating a business, LLC formation and its different structures. Attorney was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
