I contacted Joe based on advice he gave another user on a similar issue. Joe promptly responded and was very helpful. He then went out of his way to connect me to other attorneys with more specialization. It was super helpful... Granted, he wasnt able to help me directly... but his willingness to volunteer some time to get me connected was really generous. Thank you Joe

I am so very proud to recommend Joe -- especially because it is something that I do quite often. As the co-founder of one of America's largest and most successful web companies, I've worked with many attorneys over the years, but none can compete with Joe's mix of knowledge, candor, ethics, and dedication.
Joe was a trusted advocate and peer as my company quickly grew to scale. We were ready for our growth because of Joe's careful planning throughout our formative stages. As I was somewhat of a novice at first, Joe took me through the pros and cons of my decisions in an open and careful manner, making sure that I understood all of the many implications of my choices as I made them. He has great patience, and was incredibly thoughtful with his time.
Looking back, I realize that - working with Joe - I've likely formed just about every corporate structure possible, from C corps, to S corps, to a variety of LLCs, each with different funding models.
Joe continues to advise me - and I continue to recommend him to my peers - for a wide variety of transactions and events. He is a gem!

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I have worked with Joe on several challenging business transactions over the last 15 years. His intelligence, clear thinking, and creativity helped bring each one to a successful close. Highly recommend him for virtually any type of business work.
