My wife and I needed a fairly complex estate package (involving foreign countries). Ms Andrea Hardin was referred to us by one of my MSFT colleagues. She was able to go through all of the components of the estate plans for me and my family. She went and extra mile to explain things to us that were ne...w and unknown (and there are many!) We are happy and comfortable knowing that our affairs are in order. When the opportunity came to purchase a new home, we called Ms Hardin again. She was as kind as the first time and very very patient with us. She went through every page of every document and found a lot of inconsistencies in the materials proposed by the selling party. Ms. Hardin prepared estate planning documents for myself and my wife. She definitely was well informed on current tax laws; however, her attitude made us both less than comfortable. She acted condescending towards her staff - it seemed as though there was a power play happening. We, as clients, di...d not appreciate viewing the interoffice strife such as it was. I will not recommmend Ms. Hardin to any of my MS co-workers.
