At The Matto Law Firm, P.L.L.C., I work on criminal defense cases every day. I am in court every week representing the interests of my clients. I have helped hundreds of people accused of crimes such as DUI, Hit and Run, and Assaults. I understand that this is probably the most serious accusation you have ever faced and will ever face. I know that your license, your freedom, and perhaps your job are at stake. I am here to help you navigate the confusing and scary world that becomes your reality when you are issued a Washington State criminal citation. The potential consequences of criminal misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor convictions can include up to a year of jail time, up to five thousand dollars in fines, mandatory substance evaluation and treatment programs, denial of federal education loans, bar to future employment, and potential deportation for non-US citizens.
When you hire my firm to represent you, you can expect to be advised about every step in your case and to receive advice about the strengths and weaknesses of the State’s case. You can also expect my firm to argue court motions on your behalf, including, if possible a motion to suppress evidence, and negotiate aggressively for a reduction or dismissal of charges. For instance, in many cases, convictions and incarceration have been avoided altogether. However, each client’s case is unique and past results are not a guarantee of any particular resolution of your case.

Excellent Lawyer
