Biography
Lindsey assists businesses, individuals and non-profits with legal issues related both to litigation and business transactions. Her transactional work includes startups, trademark registration, Intellectual Property protection and enforcement, domain name disputes, employment matters, and contract drafting, review and negotiation.
She has significant international and domestic experience with business acquisitions and compliance work. Lindsey has also formed and advises many 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. Lindsey works on most types of civil litigation, including breach of contract, trademark disputes and infringement, entertainment and media related disputes and financial fraud.
Lindsey graduated from the University of Michigan with a concentration in English Language and Literature and a minor in Art History. After working in the television industry in Manhattan, Lindsey completed her Doctor of Jurisprudence at St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, NY.
Lindsey has lived and worked in New York, New York, Tokyo, Japan, Monterey, California and Seattle, Washington, representing, businesses and individuals in business-related matters.
