I have 14 years of experience practicing law in the State of Washington. I am an experienced litigator, appellate and bankruptcy attorney. I have experience litigating federal securities, state securities, and a variety of complex business-related claims. I recently completed a 9-day infringement of personality case resulting in a substantial verdict in his clients' favor. This case was the first time the Washington State infringement of personality statute was applied in the context of the infringement of digital signatures on appraisal reports. I am familiar with the complexities of the discovery process in both State and Federal cases. Discovery is the most expensive part of a trial and fraught with complex issues. I have experience navigating and educating clients through the discovery process. I am an accomplished appellate attorney having drafted nearly 150 appellate briefs and argued numerous times before the Division One Court of Appeals. My appellate experience has provided him with strong fundamentals that enable him to be a highly skilled verbal and written advocate for my clients. My most recent Continuing Legal Education Seminars have focused on solidifying, updating and increasing his knowledge in bankruptcy law, the rules of discovery and discovery techniques, trial techniques and strategies, and employment law.
I also have extensive experience drafting investor grade business plans, drafting transactional documents and Private Placement Memoranda.
I practice in Washington State in both the Eastern and Western Districts. Most of mywork is in the Puget Sound Region including Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue and Everett. My focus is litigation but I also represent small businesses.

Never hire him again!
I do not understand how he can survive to be an attorney! He did not even know what Public Duty Doctrine was when suing a government agent. When the other attorney mentioned it, he still did not have a clue and did not even do his homework. He spent over a year suing the County's negligence, which...
