Jeannette Kay Witten

I contacted Ms. Witten after notification I was being sued over a business breach of contract claim. She began laying out a plan defending me from what she saw as an exploitative power grab, in the end saving me perhaps hundreds of thousands of dollars against a baseless suit. I cannot say enough r...egarding my appreciation for Jeannette and her professional performance.

Jeannette is not completely aware of the law. She had on several occasions made up her own rules as she went along. She was more than detailed when it came to billing however. After several months of sub par handling of my case, I had to fire her. My new attorney was shocked at the misinformation she... fed me. I should have gone with my gut instinct from the start, but I already had spent so much money. Avoid her. Jeannette K. Witten has no business being a lawyer. I will be waiting to read the paper about the next person that sues her. She has been fired more than once.
