An effective, informative, and diligent attorney

Jeremy Bartels was wonderful to work with. I was in a car accident a couple of years ago and needed an attorney to handle the settlement after years of physical therapy for my injuries. Once Jeremy took over my case, things progressed successfully with his diligence and attention to me as a client ...and to the case itself. Even when things were not progressing due to waiting on responses from medical providers or the at fault driver’s insurance company, Jeremy kept me informed on what was happening. His communication at every step was amazing and one of the reasons I felt I could trust his work on my case. The case was settled, and the outcome was, monetarily, more than I had hoped for. I hope I never need an attorney for a car accident again, but if I do, Jeremy will be the one representing me.

"Jeremy is a consumate professional, and a credit to our profession. When I was opposing counsel on criminal matters, Jeremy was always prepared, professional and polite. He was never a pushover, but he was always willing to listen and be reasonable as a prosecutor. I consider him a friend and am proud to call him a colleague."

"I have had the great privilege of knowing Jeremy for over a decade. During that time, I have witnessed him become an incredibly dedicated, passionate and successful lawyer, both as a prosecutor and now in private practice. His memory for details is without fault, and he is quite frankly one of the most persuasive people I have ever known. These assets have served his clients well and will continue to do so. I could not more highly recommend Jeremy."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
