Bita Soltan-Qurraie

I originally hired Bita in 2010 when my ex was trying to gain custody of our daughter. Bita helped me navigate filing papers myself to have the case dismissed rather than charging me a huge amount for something I could do myself. In 2016, I reached out again and started talking with Bita about my nee...ds in family court. I didn't take any action until 2019 but Bita was there for the 3 years in between to seek advise and direction. After our case was filed in 2019, Bita quickly discovered my case was out of her scope of work and did not hesitate to refer me to a collogue who was better suited for my case. Even after I was no longer a paying client, Bita continued to help when I had questions, frustrations or needed something about my case explained. Not only is Bita well versed in court proceedings and law but she has a wonderful personality, great demeaner and is a compassionate and ethical attorney. I honestly hope I never need a family law attorney again, but if I did, Bita would be the FIRST one I would call!

Bita help me with my divorce this past year. Married with no kids or property, Bita made the process very easy and affordable. She was available when needed and was easy to get in contact with. Bita explained what each stage/next steps would be and what to expect.
