I was born in Tehran, Iran. My family and I emigrated to the United States towards the end of the Iran-Iraq war. I personally experienced and witnessed my family go through the immigration process first-hand and that is why I became interested in immigration law. More importantly, I am motivated to use my degree and experience to help my community thrive in this nation.
I am committed to providing quality legal services that minimize the financial and emotional burdens of the legal process for individuals and family members throughout the United States. I take great pride in the personal attention I give to each client’s immigration case. I have extensive expertise and a successful track record in reunifying families, assisting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities apply for U.S. citizenship, and representing survivors of domestic violence and other crimes gain lawful immigration status. I am committed to serving refugee immigrant communities, defending justice, and advocating for a more compassionate immigration system. I believe all immigrants deserve a chance to succeed and pursue the American dream, without fear of deportation or family separation. I will go above my duties to zealously advocate for my clients and ensure their legal and human rights are protected as they navigate through the complex immigration system.
I am fluent in Farsi/ Dari and have specialized knowledge of legal and policy issues impacting the Iranian American community.
