Biography
I am an Iranian-born immigration attorney with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate the U.S. immigration system with clarity and confidence. Having immigrated to the United States as a child, I bring both personal insight and professional experience to my work with immigrant communities.
I earned my Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 2014 after graduating from the University of Washington with degrees in Political Science and Law, Societies, and Justice and a minor in Diversity Studies. I have practiced immigration law in both nonprofit and private settings, including serving as Director of Student Legal Services at the University of Washington and Staff Attorney at Catholic Immigration Legal Services.
I founded Fekri Immigration Law to provide personalized, high-quality immigration representation centered on family unity and humanitarian protection. My practice focuses on family-based immigration, citizenship, and humanitarian matters, and I have dedicated my career to helping immigrant families navigate complex immigration challenges with care and attention.
I am fluent in Farsi (Persian) and regularly represent Iranian-American clients as well as individuals from diverse immigrant backgrounds across the United States.
